FAQ

Q. Is MeetingMute available in any language other than English?
A. There are plans to translate MeetingMute into other languages.  To subscribe to the PocketConcepts Newsletter please send an email to subscribe@pocketconcepts.com

Q. Is MeetingMute compatible with Pocket PC 2002?
A. Yes.

Q. Is MeetingMute available for platforms other than Pocket PC?
A. At this time PocketConcepts specializes in software for the Pocket PC.  This first release of MeetingMute will be for the Pocket PC / Pocket PC 2002 only.  If a market can be identified for MeetingMute on other platforms, it may be ported to those platforms in the future.  The current focus will be to develop additional language versions.

Q. I accidentally cleared the check boxes next to all the menu and startup settings on the Settings Tab.  How do I run MeetingMute?
A. If MeetingMute is still running, you can tap on the MeetingMute icon in the system tray on the Today screen (Start Menu -> Today).  You may also find it in the recently run list at the top of the Start Menu.  If neither of these methods work, you can use the File Explorer to run MeetingMute directly.  The MeetingMute executable is named MMute.exe and can be found in the \programs\PocketConcepts\MeetingMute folder.
Q. When I try to uninstall MeetingMute I get a message that says that some files are either in user or read only.  The files are named MM01 through MM40 with either a 2bp or a bmp extension.  How do I correct the problem?
A. During packaging of certain versions of MeetingMute these files were inadvertently left as read-only.  These files are the pictures used in the online help.  To correct the problem, please use the File Explorer application to navigate to the Windows directory (My Device / Windows) and delete the files in question.  After the files have been deleted, the uninstall process should be successful.
Q. When I try to enter my registration information MeetingMute says it is invalid`  What do I do?
A. Make sure that you are entering zeros and not the letter O for any 0's in the Serial Number and Key Code fields.  Currently, only the User Name field uses the letter O if the users name is spelled with one.  If this doesn't correct the problem, please contact support.
